CHARLOTTE is the first single to be released from BOOKA SHADE's forthcoming "THE SUN AND THE NEON LIGH*" album. CHARLOTTE begins with a sound collage of Booka Shade radio interviews and jingles, it expands into a spacious, euphoric electro-disco tune, complete with the vocodered vocal refrain, "I never said I was true!"
